Definition:
Organic Farming is a sustainable agricultural production method that involves the use of allowed inputs according to regulations, while preserving the environment and the health and welfare of plants, humans, and animals throughout the production cycle, from production to consumption, in a controlled and certified manner without polluting the environment.
