Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Lapseki Vocational School was established by the decision of the Executive Board of YÖK, dated 29/09/2000. Laspeki Vocational School is one of the most important windows of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University opening to the region. It started education in 2001-2002 academic year with the first teaching staff and a small number of students.

In the first years of its establishment, it was deemed appropriate to open two departments, namely Technical Programs and Economic and Administrative Programs, within the body of Lapseki Vocational School. However, with the decision taken at the meeting of the Higher Education Executive Board dated 15.04.2009; Since the 2009-2010 academic year, the names of the Saplings and Seedlings Program in the Technical Programs Department of Lapseki Vocational School, the Conservation and Storage Program of Agricultural Products and the Organic Agriculture Program and the Accounting Program in the Economic and Administrative Programs Department have been changed. New sections and programs; Horticultural and Organic Agriculture Program within the Department of Crop and Animal Production Programs, Agricultural Products Conservation and Storage Technology Program within the Department of Food Processing Programs, Accounting and Tax Applications within the Department of Accounting and Tax Programs.

Our school contributes to the scientific development of Turkey with a total of 13 programs, 11 of which are formal and 2 of which are secondary education. and Tax Programs Department and Finance - Banking and Insurance Department. As of the 2021-2022 academic year, our student number has approached 1230. These numbers are expected to increase exponentially with our newly opened programs. The language of education is Turkish and the duration of education is two years. If students complete their internships stipulated in the regulations, they are given an Associate Degree of the program they are studying. The aim of our Vocational School is to train entrepreneurs, talented, creative, participatory, productive and independent professionals who will not lag behind the modern, rapidly developing science technology that will contribute to the development of our region and our country.

Our Vocational School continues its efforts to become an important educational institution that trains technical staff with high quality and standards in the knowledge, skills and technological developments required by vocational education. Our current programs meet the needs of qualified professionals who are self-confident, can make the right decisions, have high analysis skills, and can keep up with the technology required by the age in the important public and private sectors of Turkey.

In our school, there are 5 Professors, 9 Associate Professors, 13 Dr. Instructor 27 faculty members and 2 Lecturers. See. Dr. with 16 Inst. See. There are 45 academic staff, including In addition, 7 administrative personnel work.
